It helps to say which iPhone you have, its iOS version, and the game's version, which is under About at the bottom of the game's settings. I'm one person, so a reply can take a few days.
What do I need to play?
An iPhone with iOS 26 or later. The game can also be installed on an iPad, where it runs at iPhone size.
How do I play?
Drag a piece from the tray onto the board. Fill a whole row or column and it clears. The game's settings have a How to play screen that covers the three modes and the rules that Levels adds.
Why don't I see any leaderboards?
You are probably not signed in to Game Center. Open the game's settings and tap Sign in under Game Center, or use the sign-in row under the cards on the home screen. If Game Center is restricted on your iPhone, for example by Screen Time, the leaderboards stay hidden.
When does the Daily Puzzle change?
Once a day at 08:00 UTC, for everyone at the same moment. That is 4 am Eastern in summer and 3 am in winter.
Where is my progress saved?
On your iPhone, so deleting the game deletes your progress. Your progress is part of your iPhone's backup.
How do I turn the music, sounds or haptics on or off?
Tap the gear to open settings. Music is off until you turn it on, and the sliders under Audio set the volume of the music and the sound effects. Haptics has its own switch. The game also goes quiet when your iPhone's silent switch is on.
How do I reset my best score or my stats?
In settings, under Game, tap Reset beside the one you want to clear. Neither can be undone.
What about my privacy?
The privacy policy says what the game does with your information.
