Privacy Policy

Effective October 10, 2026

Ominoes is a block puzzle game for iPhone, made by Christopher Kelly. This page says what the game does with your information. The short version is that the game collects none.

What the game collects

Nothing. I receive no information about you or about how you play, and the game sends none to anyone else. The one exception is what Game Center posts, described below.

What stays on your iPhone

Your settings, best score, statistics, level progress and any game in progress are saved on your iPhone, inside the app. The game sends none of it to me or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes it.

If you back up your iPhone, this data is part of the backup, like any app's data. Apple handles that under its own privacy policy.

Game Center

Ominoes has leaderboards through Apple's Game Center. If you are signed in to Game Center on your iPhone:

Game Center is run by Apple, and what Apple collects and how it is used is covered by Apple's privacy policy. You can change your nickname, or sign out, in your iPhone's Game Center settings.

If you want your results taken off the game's leaderboards, email me at the address below.

What Apple tells me

Apple gives every app developer summary figures, such as how many times an app was downloaded, and crash reports from people who have chosen to share them with developers. None of it identifies you.

Children

The game collects no personal information from anyone, children included. Whether a child can use Game Center is set by their Apple Account and their family's settings, not by the game.

This website

This site sets no cookies and has no analytics. As with any website, the company that hosts it, Cloudflare, receives technical details such as your IP address in order to deliver the pages.

If you email me

I use your email address and what you write only to answer you.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
